Self Care Swank offers physical products, digital downloads, books, journals, self-care resources, sound offerings, and other wellness-related content and services.

Because many of our products are handmade or printed in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are part of what makes each item unique.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Payment must be received before product orders are processed.

Services may be subject to separate payment schedules, deposits, travel fees, or booking requirements as described at the time of booking.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Self Care Swank is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

11. Garden Frequencies Sound Sessions

Garden Frequencies is a sound project by Still Swank and operates as part of Self Care Swank. The following additional terms apply to private sessions, group sessions, events, workshops, creative collaborations, and other in-person Garden Frequencies offerings.

Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry or session request does not guarantee a booking. All sessions are subject to availability and confirmation by Self Care Swank.

The session date, time, duration, location, number of participants, pricing, and any applicable travel or additional fees must be confirmed before the session.

Payment & Deposits

A deposit or advance payment may be required to reserve a session date and time. Any remaining balance and applicable fees must be paid according to the payment terms provided at booking.

Additional charges may apply for travel, extended session time, larger events, or services outside the originally agreed-upon scope.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and client no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or payments already made.

Reasonable exceptions may be considered for emergencies, severe weather, or other circumstances at the discretion of Self Care Swank.

If Self Care Swank must cancel a confirmed session, the client will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made for the affected session.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the confirmed times. Client or participant lateness may reduce the amount of session time available and does not automatically extend the scheduled ending time.

If Self Care Swank is responsible for a delayed start, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the full agreed-upon session time.

Locations & Travel

Garden Frequencies sessions may be offered at approved private residences, studios, businesses, creative spaces, event venues, and select outdoor locations.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate location information and ensuring that they have permission to host the session at the selected property or venue.

Travel fees may apply depending on the session location and will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Self Care Swank reserves the right to decline a location or discontinue a session if conditions present a reasonable concern for personal safety, participant safety, or equipment.

Venue & Setup Requirements

Clients must provide reasonable and safe access to the session space, including adequate room for the artist, singing bowls, recording equipment, and other necessary materials.

Clients should disclose relevant information regarding stairs, parking, loading access, outdoor conditions, limited setup space, or other circumstances that may affect the session.

Crystal Singing Bowls & Equipment

Crystal singing bowls, microphones, cameras, recording equipment, and other materials used during Garden Frequencies sessions are the property of Self Care Swank unless otherwise stated.

Participants and guests may not handle, move, strike, or otherwise interact with the singing bowls or equipment without permission.

If a client, participant, guest, or person under the client's supervision intentionally or negligently damages Self Care Swank property, the responsible party may be charged the reasonable cost of repair or replacement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Children & Guests

Clients are responsible for the conduct and appropriate supervision of children, guests, and other participants attending their session.

Outdoor Sessions & Weather

Outdoor sessions are subject to weather and environmental conditions.

Self Care Swank may recommend relocating, rescheduling, shortening, or cancelling an outdoor session if rain, excessive wind, extreme temperatures, unsafe terrain, or other conditions could reasonably affect safety, equipment, or the quality of the experience.

Participant Conduct & Right to End a Session

Self Care Swank reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end a session due to threatening, harassing, destructive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

Refunds may not be provided when a session must be ended because of client, guest, or participant conduct, except where otherwise required by law.

Wellness Disclaimer

Garden Frequencies sessions are offered for relaxation, mindfulness, creative atmosphere, and general wellness purposes.

Sound sessions are not medical or mental health treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Participation should not replace care or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Photography & Recording

Photography, video, or audio recording may occur during certain Garden Frequencies sessions, events, or collaborations.

Permission to use an identifiable participant's image, voice, or likeness for promotional purposes will be requested separately where appropriate. Agreeing to these Terms of Service does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional use of a participant's image or likeness.

Gratuity

Gratuity is never required but is always appreciated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes become effective once posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
