At Self Care Swank, every order is packed with love and care. Many of my products are handmade, one of a kind, or created in small batches. Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final.
I encourage you to read each product description carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, I’m always happy to help.
Returns & Refunds
Self Care Swank does not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Handmade jewelry
• Books
• Bath & body products
• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
Handmade Products
Every Self Care Swank piece is created with intention, not mass-produced.
Small differences in color, wire placement, texture, natural materials, or other handmade details are part of what makes each creation unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
If I determine that the item was damaged during shipping or that I made a packing mistake, I may offer a replacement or store credit at my discretion.
Lost Packages
Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Self Care Swank is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
