💛 Frequently Asked Questions
Because healing deserves answers, too.
What is Self Care Swank?
Self Care Swank is a heart-led brand built to help you come back to yourself. We offer healing-centered books, journals, and soulful tools to support emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and self-love. This is more than a brand—it’s a movement for anyone finally choosing themselves.
Are your books and journals for women only?
Not at all. While many of our pieces speak directly to women’s healing journeys, anyone who is ready to grow, reflect, and reconnect with themselves is welcome here. Healing is universal.
Do you write and illustrate everything yourself?
Yes! All books and journals are written (and often illustrated) by Courtney Swank, the founder of Self Care Swank. Every page is infused with intention, soul, and a little sparkle of truth.
What’s the difference between your journals and your books?
Great question!
Journals are interactive and designed to guide your self-reflection with prompts, affirmations, and writing space.
Books may include storytelling, poetry, spiritual insights, or emotional breakthroughs—meant to feel like a mirror or a love letter.
Do you offer signed copies?
Yes! You can choose between a signed or unsigned copy at checkout. Signed copies come with a handwritten note and a little extra love 🌻
How can I book a 1-on-1 session with you?
Coming soon! Courtney will be offering one-on-one healing conversations where you can talk, reflect, and receive spiritual insight. Be sure to join the mailing list to be the first to know when sessions open.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S., with plans to expand soon. If you’re international and interested in a book, email us and we’ll do our best to work something out!
What if I want to feature Self Care Swank or collaborate?
We’re always open to aligned collaborations, press features, or community projects. Head over to our [Contact Page] or email: swankhousebiz@gmail.com
I just started my healing journey. Where should I begin?
Start with whatever calls your spirit. Many begin with “Shedding” or “Flowers Are from God.” But honestly? Trust your gut. You’ll know what you need most.
